Does your righteousness surpasses the righteousness of Pharisees and the teachers of the law?
How is your eyes looking at the people who got struck in their life of sin? Are you condemning them like pharisees or whether you are showing them the love of Christ? The Pharisees brought the woman who got caught in the adultery to Jesus to condemn her.
Think and see, how we are judging others in our thoughts. Still we have many unsaved people around us. Even our unsaved parents & our unsaved relatives & our unsaved neighbors, they are desiring and finding a way to come to Jesus. They are worried to somehow get saved from their life of sin!
Are you bringing them to Jesus to condemn them or do you bring them to show the way for them to get saved? Do you put a stumbling block before them? Please don’t judge them, please don’t condemn them; that’s none of our business. Show them Christ. They too are not far to reach and taste the kingdom of God.
We all know, those who came to condemn the women, from the oldest to the youngest man, they all returned back. “𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿, “𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆? 𝗛𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂?” 𝗦𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱, “𝗡𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱.” 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱, “𝗡𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂; 𝗴𝗼, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲.” (𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝟴:𝟭𝟬,𝟭𝟭)
Our ministry should not bring condemnation, rather it should bring reconciliation with God.
“𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗵𝗶𝗺.” (𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝟯:𝟭𝟳)
Let’s be merciful and compassionate like Jesus who accept the sinners. And let’s think how H
Christ accepted us when we were sinners. Let’s show the love of Christ and bring many into the Kingdom of God.
